We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Oakview. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in their daily lives.
Responsibilities:- Perform personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, within the framework of the individual resident's activities of daily living and functional abilities.
- Document all information pertaining to each assigned resident on each shift accurately and timely.
- Report any significant changes in resident condition, incident/accidents, injuries, and/or skin integrity issues noted, immediately to the charge nurse.
- Participate in all required/mandatory in-services.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Competency Program, with current certification in the state of California.
- One year of experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- High school graduate, or equivalent.
- Legally Authorized to work in the United States.
