Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of electrical engineering, including the design, development, and execution of cutting-edge solar energy solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring exceptional performance while nurturing a culture of innovation and teamwork.
- Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to enhance product offerings, boost efficiency, and achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and client requirements.
- Represent the organization in client interactions, industry conferences, and public engagements, showcasing thought leadership in electrical engineering and solar energy.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts, utilizing industry trends and technological innovations to maintain the company's leadership in the energy sector.
- Ensure all engineering operations and processes adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are advantageous.
- At least 8 years of experience in a leadership capacity within the electrical engineering sector, ideally in renewable energy or solar.
- Proven expertise in utility-scale, C&I, and/or large-scale solar projects.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, collaborating with sales teams during client engagements.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and technologies.
- Strong understanding of product engineering, with a history of developing and launching successful products.
