Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Advisor to embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering the Tiffany Experience to each and every client, building strong relationships, and exceeding sales plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Develop and deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans.
  • Service: Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony, using the Tiffany Touch.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate new and existing client relationships, capturing client data, and driving business through key product pillars.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A college/university degree.
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
