Fitness Sales Manager

Pure Barre is a national leader in barre fitness with over 500+ franchise locations in the United States and Canada. We are seeking a qualified Sales Manager to drive sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand.
Responsibilities:- Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and networking
- Membership and retail sales
- Supervise Sales Representatives
- Collect outstanding dues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Enforce studio policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing members
- Become proficient in ClubReady software
- Contact prospects to schedule classes and enroll them in membership
- Drive and retain retail and membership sales
- 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps
- Ability to manage multiple revenue streams
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solution-based and results-oriented
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes
- Passion for fitness
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and organized
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Hourly base rate plus incentives
