Pure Barre Sales Manager Job Description

Pure Barre is a national leader in barre fitness with over 500+ franchise locations in the United States and Canada. We are seeking a qualified Sales Manager to drive sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and networking
  • Membership and retail sales
  • Supervise Sales Representatives
  • Collect outstanding dues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing members
  • Become proficient in ClubReady software
  • Contact prospects to schedule classes and enroll them in membership
  • Drive and retain retail and membership sales
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps
  • Ability to manage multiple revenue streams
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solution-based and results-oriented
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes
  • Passion for fitness
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
