Business Development Representative

As a respected corn and soybean seed company, Stine Seed Company offers a unique opportunity for sales professionals to grow their career and finances.
We are looking for an experienced sales representative to join our team as an Independent Sales Representative. This role involves serving as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand, developing and maintaining agronomic and technical knowledge of our seed products, managing existing dealer accounts, and recruiting new dealerships.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in ag-related fields such as agronomy, crop production, or seed sales. They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven sales techniques, and negotiating skills, as well as demonstrated success in dealer development and retention.
Estimated Salary: $60,000-$80,000 per annum, based on experience
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and recruit new dealerships
• Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand, promoting our products and services
• Manage territory effectively, meeting targets and goals set by the company
• Communicate and implement sales programs and policies, ensuring seamless execution across the region
