Title: Program Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Program Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the performance of customer production engagements. This position involves acting as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring optimal resource allocation, enhancing profit margins, fulfilling commitments, and surpassing customer expectations while improving team operational efficiency to support successful product line sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the principal contact for customer maintenance and management teams.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure all program goals align with contractual requirements.
  • Establish and sustain communication channels between customers and internal departments to facilitate timely and quality product delivery.
  • Report any issues and propose solutions to Senior Management.
  • Collaborate with support teams to guarantee program success.
  • Prepare and present status and performance reports for Management and Senior Management.
  • Strive for overall customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Travel may be required periodically.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role includes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Duties encompass interviewing, hiring, and training staff; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving issues.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution is required. Previous experience in a Maintenance Lead or Supervisory role is essential. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are mandatory.
