Job Overview

Position Summary

As a seasoned client service leader, the role of Senior Account Executive focuses on the strategic enhancement of the client's renewable energy insurance portfolio. This opportunity is with a leading independent insurance brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region, part of a specialized division that collaborates nationally with companies in wind, solar, and other renewable energy sectors. The firm seeks a knowledgeable insurance professional capable of spearheading account development and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this position, you will:

  • Assist producers in managing client relationships, consulting, and building strong partnerships.
  • Lead the renewal marketing process by working closely with underwriters to collect submission data, evaluate quotes, summarize findings, and prepare proposals efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, addressing and resolving issues related to policy modifications, billing inquiries, contract assessments, coverage evaluations, and program suggestions.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a senior Account Executive or Broker role, demonstrating exceptional client service.
  • Proven track record in managing the complete account lifecycle, including pre and post-renewal activities, client meetings, presentations, and in-person evaluations.
  • Possession of a valid state insurance license.

Job Specifications

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements.
Insurance Knowledge: Prior experience with renewable and/or clean energy accounts is essential.
