We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team of mechanics and electricians in maintaining equipment within our production facility at Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC.
About the RoleThis is a key position that requires a strong technical knowledge of manufacturing environments and high-speed production equipment. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
• Supervising, training, and developing team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
• Maintaining equipment to ensure line efficiencies and minimize downtime, adhering to established preventative maintenance schedules.
• Servicing and repairing equipment on a regular basis, ensuring that all work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensuring a safe working environment at all times, adhering to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
• Managing labor and OPEX budgets to ensure that costs are controlled and resources are utilized effectively.
• Maintaining accurate parts inventory to ensure that all necessary materials are available when needed.
• Creating, planning, and executing preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal production levels.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing equipment-related experience required, prior supervisory experience preferred.
