Key Responsibilities
  • Work with youth and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide in-home therapy and support to help families address challenges and achieve goals
  • Collaborate with community resources and agencies to ensure comprehensive support for families
  • Document progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline
  • Experience working with individuals or families in need of crisis intervention
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
