Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Diagnostica Stago, Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers, ensuring the optimal operation of our diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Install and configure diagnostic equipment at customer sites
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our diagnostic products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Document and record customer interactions and issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
