Overview

As a Clinical Family Specialist at Youth Villages, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive services to families in need. Your expertise will be utilized to build trust and align families with treatment, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the youth in our care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 8-10 families, providing hands-on support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each family.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to discuss progress and personal development, ensuring that you are always growing and improving as a professional.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a social services discipline and at least one year of experience counseling adolescents in a clinical setting. You must also have excellent written, verbal, and oral skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

As a Clinical Family Specialist at Youth Villages, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $60,000 per year, based on education and clinical license.
