Role Summary

We're looking for a versatile and analytical professional to support our Product and Market Insights team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in developing and curating actionable narratives that inform our experiential design, products, and digital tools.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the development, implementation, and administration of Rivian's product feedback loop across engineering, quality, design, and software functions.
  2. Leverage customer and market insights data to develop recommendations and proposals to drive operational and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and determine research approaches.
  • Design, test, and administer quantitative customer surveys.
  • Analyze top-down customer experience metrics in cooperation with Product, Quality, and other Rivian stakeholders.
  • Analyze and communicate critical insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to help teams stay nimble in dynamic environments.
  • Develop regular executive and operational reporting on market share, ensuring consistency and accuracy of analysis.
  • Lead the execution and synthesis of third-party customer research to support commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
  • An innovative, customer-centric, and results-driven mindset and approach.
  • Proven ability to tell compelling stories through data and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • 5+ years of market and customer research experience in analyzing and synthesizing customer/consumer data.
  • Strong marketing science, analytical, or statistics background.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capability.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Occasionally requires nights/weekend work.
  • Auto experience strongly preferred.
Pay Disclosure

Salary Range for California Based Candidates: $98,500-123,100/year (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary

Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
