Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to oversee the development and performance of our platform. This role involves ensuring the platform meets business needs, aligns with strategic goals, and empowers our Business Analysts to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities- Platform Management: Oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the platform to ensure it meets business objectives and user needs.
- Product Strategy: Work with our Senior Director of Product to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, aligning with overall business goals and market demands.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Mentorship and Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to Business Analysts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Requirement Analysis: Work closely with Business Analysts to analyze business requirements, ensuring they are accurately translated into actionable technical specifications.
- Project Management: Manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality assurance.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor platform performance and user feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Documentation and Training: Ensure comprehensive documentation for the platform and processes and provide training to Business Analysts and other stakeholders as needed.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product development and maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform support.
- Strong understanding of platform development, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and product management tools and methodologies.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of developing and empowering team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
