Audience Development Analyst - Data Insights Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join Volt Management as an Audience Development Analyst - Data Insights Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large data sets from various sources, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support data-driven performance tracking and audience development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of current platform and content-archetype best practices
  • Present findings in meetings with various stakeholders
  • Contribute to ad hoc workflows with a self-starter mindset
  • Identify hypotheses for testing and learning opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' data analysis experience in media planning and/or social media management
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Sprinklr, native social analytics platforms, and other data-focused platforms
  • Experience with social listening data analysis
  • Ability to combine contextual information with data to create informed recommendations
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Data visualization skills
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proficient in Powerpoint/Google Slides
