About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can provide performance insights to optimize customer engagements and support business goals across multiple marketing channels. As a Campaign Performance Analyst, you'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and scale user-friendly dashboards, reports, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to create data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Develop and maintain monthly marketing performance review cadences.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on campaign and channel-level performance.
  • Manage large data sets across multiple systems to translate into actionable insights.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing data analysis, report creation, and visualization.
  • 2+ years' experience building data visualizations in tools like Power BI.
  • Experience creating Salesforce dashboards and reports.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work through complex problems using structured and unstructured data.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and sales concepts, terminology, practices, and principles.
