Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Manager to join our team at Bioworld Merchandising. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and customers, ensuring that our IT systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Monitor and manage IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Develop and implement procedures and processes to improve IT service delivery and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services with business operations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure our IT systems remain current and secure

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support and management
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
