Job Summary:

The Brixton Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Incident Manager to join our team. As an Incident Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Configuration Management team and the Production Support team to update and collect the needed information to achieve high data quality.
  • Design and implement processes and workflows to maintain data quality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide real-time insights into IT service performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow User Experience, including exposure to the CMDB.
  • Strong background in ServiceNow Reporting Experience, including the creation of dashboards.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Able to drive and achieve timelines with cross-functional dependencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
