This role is crucial to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Representatives work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about products, and recommend the right solutions.

They are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent sales service and assisting customers in person and over the phone
  • Building trust relationships with customers and processing sales transactions
  • Maintaining work order files, stocking shelves, and setting up displays
  • Pulling and tinting products to customer specifications, and assisting with deliveries and inventory control

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Ability to retrieve material, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Previous experience selling and tinting paint products
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish
