Auto Customer Service Representative

The Role of Auto Customer Service Representative
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the auditing team, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the claims process. As a key member of the auto auditing department, you will be responsible for document retrieval, claim building, and communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough claim documentation for each auto claim, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist auto auditors, management, and administrative teams with various tasks, including data entry, claim pulls, incoming calls, and outgoing calls.
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer support role, with a strong background in phone and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting team and personal qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
- High school degree or equivalent.
