As a Customer Service Representative for Wendy Bear - State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Property and Casualty license, with the ability to obtain Life and Health license.
