Front Office Support Specialist
About the Role:Join our dynamic team at Think Tell Junction as a Front Office Representative In this pivotal role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, fostering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within the front office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors with a smile.
- Navigating incoming calls to their designated destinations.
- Maintaining a well-organized calendar for our office staff.
- Efficiently handling mail and package management.
- Providing assistance with routine administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and supply maintenance.
- Timely responding to client inquiries via phone and email.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably complemented by qualifications in Office Administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable role or front office environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impressive organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- The capacity to remain composed under pressure and manage competing tasks effectively.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
