About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Think Tell Junction as a Front Office Representative In this pivotal role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, fostering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within the front office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors with a smile.
  • Navigating incoming calls to their designated destinations.
  • Maintaining a well-organized calendar for our office staff.
  • Efficiently handling mail and package management.
  • Providing assistance with routine administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and supply maintenance.
  • Timely responding to client inquiries via phone and email.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably complemented by qualifications in Office Administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role or front office environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Impressive organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The capacity to remain composed under pressure and manage competing tasks effectively.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
