Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisory Program Analyst to join our team at the Defense Intelligence Agency. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet the agency's objectives and requirements.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure they are aligned with the agency's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on leading and managing complex projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in IT project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
