Administrative Coordinator for Graduate Medical Education

Job Summary:
The Graduate Medical Education Administrator I provides administrative support to ensure the success of our graduate medical education programs. This role is responsible for maintaining trainee records, coordinating special events, and participating in meetings to enhance collaborative efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collects and maintains accurate trainee credentialing data to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinates special events and assists with recruitment to maintain a professional reflection of graduate medical education programs.
- Supports all functions of graduate medical education programs, including data management, report preparation, and accreditation preparation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Communication, or related field.
- 2 years of administrative experience required.
- Experience with data management systems and national web-based GME systems.
