IT Staff SysAdmin/Help Desk Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator and Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team at RBC Bearings. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy new equipment and software, and perform preventative maintenance on existing equipment.
- Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, servers, and applications.
- Provide hands-on support and training to end-users at the desktop level.
- Coordinate the processing of incoming calls to the Help Desk via telephone and email.
- Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on networking and server administration.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and technical staff.
- Deep understanding of enterprise datacenter technologies, including networking, security, and TCP/IP.
- Network + and A+ certifications are encouraged.
