Medical Staff Professional Practice Evaluation Specialist RN Opportunity

This is a Full Time, Day Shift opportunity supporting Northwest Medical Center. As a Medical Staff Professional Practice Evaluation Specialist RN, you will be responsible for medical care evaluation and assessment of events, outcomes and processes. You will initiate and oversee efforts related to opportunities for improvement.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

Education:
Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Program; BSN or Bachelor's degree in related field or other clinical specialist degree

Experience:
Required: Two years experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred:
One year experience within past five years in Performance Improvement in an Acute Care setting Licenses/Certifications:
Preferred: Current AZ RN license or compact state RN license. CPHQ certification.
