Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in property management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices.


Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and/or residential properties
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental income and minimize vacancies
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure optimal property condition
  • Respond to tenant and owner inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with office and maintenance staff to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably with a focus on commercial or residential portfolios
  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Property Management or Real Estate Broker's License a plus
  • Demonstrated understanding of real estate law and leasing practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, owners, and stakeholders
  • Experience with property management software, such as AppFolio or QuickBooks Online, a significant advantage

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
