About the Role
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology or a related field, and at least three years of experience working with youth or adults who have behavioral health issues. Experience coordinating or managing group homes is an asset. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
* Provide leadership and guidance to our staff, including training, coaching, and performance management
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective program delivery and high-quality services
* Collaborate with our management team to achieve agency goals and objectives
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of program data and metrics
