Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team, providing direct care in a residential setting to participants with special needs. This role requires a strong commitment to ensuring participants' physical, emotional, and mental well-being, while adhering to CCARC policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants, family members, and colleagues
  • Administer medication, record vital signs, and assist with daily living tasks
  • Coordinate and lead social and recreational activities, promoting participant engagement and satisfaction
  • Contribute to a clean and safe living environment

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Valid Driver's License, insurable with Agency carrier
  • Agency's Employee Training completion
  • First Aid, CPR, and DDS Medication Administration certifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
