Commercial Property Supervisor

As a Property Manager at Property Manage Ct, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial and/or residential properties. This includes coordinating maintenance and repairs, negotiating leases, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties, including commercial and/or residential assets
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental income and minimize vacancies
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal property condition
- Respond to tenant and owner inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with office and maintenance staff to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Prepare violation letters, KAPA notices, and notice of lease terminations as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably with a focus on commercial or residential portfolios
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Property Management or Real Estate Broker's License a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of real estate law and leasing practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, owners, and stakeholders
- Experience with property management software, such as AppFolio or QuickBooks Online, a significant advantage
