About the Role

As a Property Manager at Property Manage Ct, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial and/or residential properties. This includes coordinating maintenance and repairs, negotiating leases, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including commercial and/or residential assets
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental income and minimize vacancies
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal property condition
  • Respond to tenant and owner inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with office and maintenance staff to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Prepare violation letters, KAPA notices, and notice of lease terminations as needed

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably with a focus on commercial or residential portfolios
  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Property Management or Real Estate Broker's License a plus
  • Demonstrated understanding of real estate law and leasing practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, owners, and stakeholders
  • Experience with property management software, such as AppFolio or QuickBooks Online, a significant advantage
