Job Title: Residential Care Coordinator

A challenging role is available for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities.

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Care Coordinator in New Britain, CT.

About the Position:

This role involves coordinating residential services and providing direct support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily living support, including cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of the home and properties.
  • Assist individuals with meal planning, preparation, leisure time, and recreational activities.
  • Document and communicate effectively to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma with 2 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or an AA/AS degree.
  • Medical Certification required; must be able to obtain certification upon hire.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Candidates will undergo background checks and must have a valid Connecticut driver's license with no more than 2 violations in a three-year period.
Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
