We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of a premier luxury boutique hotel. This establishment will feature a selection of lavish guest accommodations, an upscale dining venue, a coffee bar, and a wellness spa, all designed to provide an unparalleled experience.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic individual to oversee the Maintenance Department, ensuring the optimal condition of the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and grounds. This role is pivotal in maintaining guest satisfaction, managing operational costs, and upholding the quality of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct maintenance and repairs across all hotel areas, ensuring preventative measures are in place.
  • Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service in public spaces and guest rooms.
  • Address and complete all maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
  • Regularly inspect public areas and the overall property for cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Maintain an organized maintenance workshop, ensuring the security of tools, supplies, and equipment.
  • Respond swiftly to guest requests, adhering to safety protocols when handling hazardous materials.
  • Report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to management.
  • Follow established Lost and Found procedures diligently.
  • Maintain high standards of guest interaction and relations.
  • Order necessary supplies and interpret equipment manuals as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility: Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with an expected workload of 40 to 45 hours per week.
