Job Overview

Are you a skilled maintenance technician with a knack for troubleshooting and repairs? We are seeking a dependable maintenance professional to ensure our facilities operate seamlessly. Your role will involve conducting regular inspections and maintenance, as well as implementing preventative strategies to keep our equipment in optimal condition and reduce potential risks.

Compensation:

$23 - $27 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance strategies to ensure smooth equipment operations and mitigate safety hazards.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and service history for all equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to ensure efficiency and address any necessary repairs.
  • Inspect the premises for damage to doors, windows, and walls, and carry out repairs as required.
  • Address additional maintenance requests as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Availability for on-call maintenance requests during nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
