Key Responsibilities
Job Summary Facility Maintenance Associates are tasked with ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all designated areas. They perform a variety of cleaning duties to maintain the daily hygiene and orderliness of the facility.

Essential Duties

Responsibilities include sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, trash removal, recycling, restroom and locker room sanitization, exterior polishing within 10 feet of entryways, window washing, snow and ice removal, and cleaning of desks, walls, furniture, doors, entry glass, interior glass, countertops, chalkboards, whiteboards, blinds, and light fixtures, along with any other tasks assigned by the custodial supervisor or their designated representative.


Job Requirements
A strong work history is essential. Candidates must be able to work an eight (8) hour shift, which may include weekends. A team-oriented approach is necessary, requiring the ability to collaborate with others and follow directions.
This role is physically demanding and fast-paced, necessitating the ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
Reliable transportation is required.
A background check is mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:
A high school diploma is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:
Previous experience in cleaning is advantageous.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the duties of this position.

Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push, and pull.

The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Extensive walking and standing are required throughout the shift.

Must possess sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks within the production and service time frames established by the company.

Ability to work in various temperature extremes, from hot to cold.
