Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Alternative Sales Manager to join our Investor Services team. As a key member of the Global Relationship Excellence team, you will be responsible for growing BBH's roster of alternative fund clients, with a primary focus on private markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand BBH's presence in the alternative fund market.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at alternative fund managers and investors.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
  • Planning and Strategy
    • Develop and maintain detailed sales plans and analysis for individual clients and prospects.
    • Monitor and track client and market intelligence, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop in-depth product knowledge of BBH's core products and services for alternative fund managers.

Salary Range: $200,000 - $230,000

BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
