Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Specialist to join our team at Goodwill Northern New England. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, inspecting, and stocking donated items, pricing items and putting them on the sales floor, prioritizing safety and following Agency safety policies, and collaborating with supervisors to meet individual production goals.

Responsibilities
  • Sort, inspect, and stock donated items
  • Pricing items and putting them on the sales floor

  • Collaborate with supervisors to meet individual production goals
Requirements
  • Possess basic mathematical and literacy skills necessary for the job
  • Be open to working a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check that meets Agency standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Team Building: Some Knowledge
  • Communication - verbal: Intermediate
  • Customer Service: Some Knowledge
