Position Summary:

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Leader to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily functions of the retail establishment, ensuring seamless operations across all areas. Your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales to surpass targets. Additionally, you will lead and nurture a team of associates, ensuring they meet their objectives and provide exceptional service.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a retail management position
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff scheduling
  • Formulate and execute strategies to boost sales and achieve targets
  • Ensure comprehensive training for all employees, maintaining high performance standards
  • Uphold a superior level of customer service by addressing complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Manage inventory levels effectively to guarantee optimal stock and appealing product displays

As a Retail Operations Leader, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and inspire your team.
