Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare loan documentation and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Lien perfection and release, report reconciliation, and night end processing for PCFS (core data system for SBA and USDA loans).
  • Provide exceptional customer support to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Review electronic and physical files for eligibility, past dues, new loans, and repurchase packages, ensuring all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; two to four years of experience in loan administration preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
