We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Homewood Suites in Downtown Charleston. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and managing reservations with a high level of attention to detail
  • Auditing and balancing reports from previous shifts to ensure accuracy
  • Scheduling guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
  • Responding to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Communicating with all departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Answering phones and placing reservations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Balancing cash drawers and recording receipts to maintain accurate financial records
  • Emailing shift reports to team members to ensure everyone is informed
