Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests, ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide highly satisfactory service and assistance to guests, including bagging groceries and providing carry-out service to vehicles.
  • Retrieve carts from the parking area and perform bottle tasks and janitorial duties as needed.
  • Ensure the shift contributes to the financial best interests of the store.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact politely and effectively with customers.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Work Environment

The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
