Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at GPM Investments LLC. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and supporting the sales floor with a positive and friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and exterior areas.
  • Support the sales floor by restocking shelves, processing transactions, and promoting products to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Age 18 or older (21 in some states)
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Effective communication and math skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
