Dean's Office Operations Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team at the MSCCN Graduate School. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Dean and Associate Deans, including scheduling appointments, coordinating events, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for the Graduate School
- Handle front desk duties, including greeting students and directing them to appropriate staff
- Schedule appointments and coordinate events
- Maintain office supplies and prepare documents
- Serve as backup scheduler and confirm appointments for the Dean
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative support role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
