Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Graduate School Associate Deans
  • Coordinate use of conference rooms
  • Order and maintain office supplies for Dean's Office staff
  • Prepare and submit facilities requests
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistant to print letters and labels for mailings
  • Process travel and entertainment reimbursements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year
