Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Direct day-to-day branch activities, including sales, service, and customer support.
  • Coach and mentor team members to provide exceptional customer service and quality in-home service.
  • Review and analyze branch financials to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the Region Vice President to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leadership and sales success in a service-related industry.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze financial data.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of General Management experience in a service industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
