  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with customers, clients, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel with minimal notice, with expectations of 25 to 75% travel monthly, including potential weekend travel.
  • Availability for 20-40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday.

  • Experience with servicing Hamilton liquid handlers is highly desirable; certification in Hamilton service training is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with technical support activities aimed at achieving a world-class customer experience.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs occasionally.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship is available.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
  • Lunch stipend provided for days worked at headquarters.
