Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort guests to their residences, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist guests with their luggage, groceries, and packages, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
  • Supply guests with directions and information about our property and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, sidewalks, and entrances.
  • Polish luggage carts and ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Monitor and report any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
