Intake Specialist II

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to provide exceptional support and guidance to clients as an Intake Specialist II. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, offering empathetic and attentive support to help them navigate our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality client support and guidance through phone calls and other interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and manage daily updates.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
- Utilize excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- 3 years of prior experience in customer service, account management, or call center roles.
- Passion for helping others with a strong sense of empathy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficient in computer tasks, including data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
