We are seeking a Manager of Client Services to lead our client interfaces within assigned account scopes.

This role works together with senior managers to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on that plan.

The ideal candidate will handle a single account or part of a large account with a portfolio up to $30-40 million.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $30-40M, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  2. Client Delivery Assurance: Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
  3. Account Planning and Governance: Create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 11+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  2. Significant business development and project management experience
  3. Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry/vertical
  4. Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
  5. Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  6. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  7. Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
  8. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required, we are not able to sponsor this position at this time

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions
  2. Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
  3. Global Delivery Model experience
  4. Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
  5. Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship

Estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
