Job SummaryWe are presently seeking an enterprising Client Engagement Representative to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our organization, you will be entrusted with crafting bespoke customer experiences that foster loyalty and drive revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour Primary Responsibilities:
- Become intimately familiar with client products and services to communicate their value proposition effectively to customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules to ensure seamless delivery.
- Consistently demonstrate a can-do attitude, approaching challenges with confidence and persistency.
- Embark on a journey of self-improvement, honing your interpersonal skills to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Mentor Junior Customer Service Representatives, equipping them with the tools and expertise necessary to excel in their roles.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in customer-facing positions, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- A unique ability to articulate complex product information in simple, compelling terms.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow, embracing new ideas and methodologies to remain at the forefront of customer service excellence.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- An outgoing personality with a genuine desire to assist others.
- A strong motivation to cultivate and refine your in-person communication skills to build lasting relationships with our clients and their customers.
- Exemplary communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal channels.
Compensation Package: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
