Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve guest service objectives and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive organizational plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, effective communication, and timely issue resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in guest services management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and sit/stand for long periods.
