About the Role

Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage orders, invoices, and customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and maintain customer records, including master data records and lease fundings.
  • Review and edit orders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Set up and maintain maintenance contracts for customers and execute related billing functions.
  • Monitor and follow up on lease fundings to ensure timely payment.
  • Perform general office support functions as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher educational degree required.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high-stress environment.
  • Experience with SAP or demonstrated ability to learn SAP or similar systems.
  • Related industry experience preferred.
